With limited time, I conducted secondary research to uncover key issues. UX audit revealed that users were dropping off due to a weak narrative, unclear CTAs, and a lack of trust-building elements, highlighting the need for a more engaging and conversion-focused redesign.

The redesign included a stronger hero section, clearer CTAs, and a case study for social proof. An interactive demo guide allowed users to explore Knapsack before contacting sales.
